5xpg Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the platform 5xpg — whether through the website, the mobile app, or any other available channel — you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and with the rules of Responsible Gambling. Together, these documents constitute the complete agreement between you and 5xpg.

Accepting these Terms is a mandatory condition for using the platform. If you disagree with any provision herein, you must not create an account or use 5xpg's services. Continued use of the platform after updates to the Terms are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the new version.

To create an account at 5xpg and use the Sports Betting and casino services, users must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
• Be a Brazilian resident and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be included on any gambling or betting self-exclusion list;
• Not be registering on behalf of a company or a third party;
• Not be an employee, director, or partner of 5xpg or any direct partner companies;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law.

Registration on the platform is free and personal. Each user may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or device constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent blocking of all accounts involved, including any available balance at the time of identification.

At registration, the user must provide accurate and complete information: full legal name as shown on a government-issued ID, CPF, date of birth, active email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. A 5xpg may request verification of this information at any time by asking the user to submit documents such as a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), or proof of address.

Users are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials. 5xpg strongly recommends using unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in the account dashboard.

Under no circumstances shall 5xpg will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other support channel. If you receive any such request, disregard it and report it to support immediately, as it may be a phishing attempt.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp. 5xpg may preventively block the account while the situation is investigated to protect your balance.

• The account is personal and non-transferable;
• Account use by third parties is prohibited, even if authorized by the account holder;
• All bets placed from an account are the sole responsibility of the account holder;
• 5xpg may close an account that has been inactive for more than 12 months after sending prior notice by email.

A 5xpg accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods in Brazil: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer (available for all Brazilian banks, including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil). All transactions are processed exclusively in BRL (R$).

Deposits: the minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 for Pix and cards. For boleto bancário and TED, the minimum is R$ 30.00 and R$ 50.00 respectively. Pix deposits are credited automatically in under 30 seconds after payment confirmation in the user's banking app, 24 hours a day.

Withdrawals: to request a withdrawal, the account must be verified with a valid government-issued ID. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00 via Pix. Withdrawals are processed in up to 15 minutes via Pix and on the same business day via TED. The name on the destination bank account must exactly match the name registered on the 5xpg account. The standard daily withdrawal limit is R$ 20,000.00.

• 5xpg charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals;
• Deposits made with one method must be withdrawn using the same method, where technically possible;
• 5xpg may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations;
• Transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with the user's profile may be paused for review without prior notice.

A 5xpg offers promotions and bonuses to users, including a 100% Welcome Bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on each offer's page, which supplement these general terms.

The general rules that apply to all 5xpg bonuses are:

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and applies to the first deposit made after the promotion is activated;
• Bonus balance is subject to a minimum 5× rollover before it can be withdrawn;
• Bets with odds of 1.50 or higher count in full toward the rollover requirement;
• The rollover must be completed within 30 days of the bonus activation date;
• Unused bonuses or bonuses with an unmet rollover by the deadline are automatically canceled;
• Your real deposit balance is never locked by a rollover requirement — only the bonus balance is subject to rollover;
• A user cannot take part in more than one welcome promotion, regardless of creating new accounts.

5xpg reserves the right to cancel, modify, or end any promotion at any time without prior justification. Promotions cannot be combined with one another unless expressly stated in the specific rules of each offer.

Sports Betting at 5xpg cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, and international leagues), volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports (CS2, CBLOL, Valorant, Dota 2), and other sports available on the platform.

By placing a bet on 5xpg, the user agrees to the following conditions:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be canceled by the user once accepted by the platform;
• Live event bets reflect the odds at the time of confirmation, not at the time of selection;
• 5xpg reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount per event, market, or user;
• In the event of an obvious technical error in published odds, 5xpg may cancel the affected bets and refund the amount wagered;
• Bets on events canceled or abandoned before the end of regular time are refunded in accordance with the specific rules of each sport;
• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all events to be settled correctly for the payout to be issued.

A 5xpg monitors unusual betting patterns. Accounts showing behavior that suggests use of insider information, match-fixing, or other forms of manipulation may have bets canceled and accounts closed without prior notice.

The casino at 5xpg offers slots, live casino with real-time dealers, crash games, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and more. All games available on the platform are provided by licensed, externally audited suppliers.

Casino games are based on outcomes generated by certified random number generator (RNG) algorithms. 5xpg does not interfere with game results or guarantee any specific outcomes to users. The RTP (return to player) for each game is available in the product information within the platform.

• The use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to play is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension;
• Betting strategies that exploit technical glitches or system errors must be reported to support — winnings obtained through such methods may be voided;
• Free spins and other casino bonuses are subject to the specific conditions of the active promotion.

Platform Usage 5xpg is conditional on compliance with Brazilian law and respectful conduct toward other users and the platform itself. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of welcome bonuses or other promotions intended for new users;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes;
• Use bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the platform;
• Place bets using insider information or in collusion with other bettors;
• Attempting to manipulate casino game or Sports Betting outcomes by any means;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity under Brazilian law;
• Making deposits using payment methods not owned by the account holder;
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating members of the 5xpg support team.

Any identified prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, balance freeze, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant Brazilian authorities. A 5xpg actively cooperates with fraud and money laundering investigations conducted by Brazil's regulatory authorities.

A 5xpg makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events.

5xpg is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets or games placed on the platform, which are the user's sole responsibility;
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Failures in third-party banking systems that cause deposit or withdrawal delays outside the platform's control;
• User connectivity issues that prevent access to the platform;
• Betting decisions made based on information from sources outside 5xpg.

Under any circumstances, the maximum liability of 5xpg to the user for direct damages is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

A 5xpg may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, its services, or operational policies. Changes that materially affect users' rights will be communicated by email at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account before they take effect with no penalty, provided there is no bonus balance pending rollover.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be submitted to the courts of São Paulo, SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
